Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, orange zest and juice, vanilla, and Pumpkin Spice in a large bowl. Stir in the cranberries. Mix in the bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, preferably ceramic or glass, with cooking spray. Stir the mixture well and pour into the prepared pan. Bake until golden, 50 to 55 minutes. For safety, check that internal temperature is 160°F to ensure the eggs are cooked. Do not overbake or the bread pudding will be too dry. Let the bread pudding cool slightly, then drizzle Orange Glaze over the warm pudding. Serve warm. Store, covered, in the refrigerator. You can reheat it in the microwave.
